The Cinnamon Clownfish is a very large and somewhat aggressive clownfish with stunning and unique coloration. Cinnamon Clownfish are one of the best clownfish to choose for a tank with more aggressive tank mates.

The Cinnamon Clownfish can reach sizes of up to 5 inches and need to be housed in an aquarium at least 29 gallons. The Cinnamon Clownfish has a bright orange head which fades to nearly black along its body. The head coloration is broken up by a single large white vertical stripe.

The Cinnamon Clownfish is considered reef safe and will leave coral and most inverts alone. Cinnamon Clownfish can be aggressive to smaller fish and other clownfish though. It is best to offer an anemone for a Cinnamon Clownfish to host in. This will help them feel protected from larger and more aggressive fish.

The Cinnamon Clownfish are omnivores and need a diet rich in meaty foods and herbivore foods as well. Foods such as mysis and brine shrimp, as well as flake and pellet foods will really make sure that your Cinnamon Clownfish stays healthy and flourishes.
