  • Description
  • The Yasha White Ray Shrimp Goby is a stunning and colorful goby. Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies have a mostly white body with strong horizontal orange and red strips and spots. Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies also have a very long dorsal fin.

Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies reach a maximum adult size of around 2 inches and can be kept in tanks as small as 10 gallons. Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies are strong jumpers and will jump out of the tank if spooked. For this reason it is important that you have a tight fitting hood with no holes large enough for the Yasha White Ray Shrimp Goby to jump through. Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies are very peaceful fish and will not bother other fish, coral or inverts in your tank. This makes them a great fish to add to reef tanks.

Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies are well known to pair up with most pistol shrimp as well. This relationship can be very interesting to watch in your tank. Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies need to be housed in tanks with lots of live rock and sand as well. Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies will need to take shelter in the rock work if they feel threatened. Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies also really like to make burrows in the sand.

Yasha White Ray Shrimp Gobies are carnivores and require a diet that is rich in meaty foods. Foods like mysis and brine shrimp, high quality frozen foods and high quality flake and pellet foods will kept your Yasha White Ray Shrimp Goby happy and healthy.
