Description
The Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemone has become one of the most popular of all the anemones. Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemones stay rather small and grow in a flat round manner. Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemones come in a host of colors from greens to reds.

Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemones reach a maximum size of around 6 inches and need to be kept in tanks that are at least 20 gallons. Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemones can be placed anywhere in your tank and do best in tanks where they have moderate water flow and moderate to high lighting. Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemones will also move around the tank until they find their perfect position.

Unlike many anemones, Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemones do not host clownfish, so if you have a pair of clowns and are looking for a hosting anemone, the Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemone is a bad choice. Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemones do best in tanks with a sand bed and lots of live rock as well.
