  • Description
  • The Porcelain Crab is a stunning and beautiful smaller crab. Porcelain Crabs have a mostly white body with various red markings and black spots.

Porcelain Crabs reach a maximum adult size of around 1 inch and need to be kept in tanks that are at least 10 gallons in size. Porcelain Crabs are peaceful crabs and shouldn't bother other inverts, coral or fish in your tank. This makes the Porcelain Crab a great addition to most reef tanks.

Porcelain Crabs will spend most of their time in a hosting anemone, which will keep them safe from larger predators. Sometimes Porcelain Crabs and clownfish can fight over an anemone, with the clownfish winning most times.

Porcelain Crabs often do best when they are kept in a pair. Porcelain Crabs are carnivores but will get most of their nutrition from food it finds on the anemone. Adding small meaty foods like flake foods for carnivores, baby brine and mysis shrimp and plankton to the tank can help supplement your Porcelain Crabs diet.
